It's been a while since I've been on the UC Santa Cruz campus for photo shoots. Thanks Tiffany and Hilary for bringing me to this peaceful, secluded campus for a wonderful afternoon. The Natural Bridges State Beach was also a gorgeous place. Although it was a bit windy and cloudy, it was still a beautiful view with many animals as our backdrop.
Before the photo session, Tiffany was a bit nervous and was afraid that they wouldn't look at ease in the pictures. As I assured them, they did really well in front of my camera, and I'm sure they will look even more awesome on their wedding day!

Samantha + Marcus: Sweet love blowin' in the wind (San Francisco, CA)
Samantha is the friend of my other bride, Julie, whom we captured their beautiful wedding last year. I was so thrilled when Samantha and Marcus contacted us and signed up with us.
When we arrived at Crissy Field, the wind was blowing quite heartily already, but that did not deter the sweet couple at all! We had a fun time strolling around Crissy Field and discovering nice spots for more beautiful shots. When we got to the Presidio, the crowd already diminished, and we almost had the entire place to ourselves!
Samantha and Marcus are such a sweet couple, and they are so natural and at ease in front of the camera too! I had a really fun time with them! Can't wait to capture the wonderful moments on their wedding day!

Sandra + Dominique: Married in Alice's Wonderland! (San Jose, CA)
When Dominique told me the theme of their wedding party would be Alice in Wonderland, I knew it would be very special, particularly it took place on their very own property. From the specifics of the day, to the decorations and their attire, down to the minute details, everything was well planned and made with the help of Fatima, their wedding coordinator. One could tell that the couple are big fans of Alice in Wonderland, as displayed in the decorations around their 'castle', and on Sandra herself too!
It was a very lovely wedding ceremony. I really like the part when Dominique was crowned the King. And the hill full of pale white dried-up grass in the back of their castle really made the most perfect spot to give a fairy-tale feel for their bridal shoot.
My sincerest wishes to the King, the Queen and little 'Alice' for a wonderful, adventurous and fun journey ahead of them!
It was my greatest pleasure to work with the talented videographers, Vladimir Chaloupka and Aleksandr Shik, and of course, many thanks to my friend, Joseph Tan, to be second shooting with me!
