I first met Clara and Anthony about one and a half year ago when I was the photographer of Anthony's best friend Rui's (and Jennifer) wedding. Working with Clara and Anthony is like working with some old friends. I was very delighted.
This was a very unusual wedding where there was a bit of excitement. First, the groom, Anthony, hurt his toe badly and ended up staying in the ER the whole morning. The bride and the wedding party were worrying and eagerly hoping Anthony to show up. And just when it was the time for the ceremony, like in a movie, Anthony dramatically showed up in the church.
The second excitement happened to me. Towards the end of the ceremony, when I was concentrating taking the last shots and unaware there were candles right next to me, my nice blue shirt was on fire! My shirt was literally burning (with a pretty strong smell)! I was fortunate to handle it without alarming anyone, however, with a hole in my shirt for the rest of the day.
This will add a couple more anecdotes to my wedding photographer career. This is the reason why I love my job so much - there are always lots of touching and/or exciting moments that come in their own unexpected ways that makes my day so much more interesting.

Their baby son Anthony Jr., is not camera shy at all. Look how adorable he is in Clara's arms.

Clara and Anthony were baptizing Anthony Jr. during their wedding ceremony.

The fog came in just the right time to give the picture a special feel.

What a lovely wedding! Chris, I'm sorry to hear that your shirt was sacrificed for a ceremony shot - but the ceremony shots you posted are quite nice.
I love the combined wedding and baptism. What a beautiful day/evening in San Francisco.
The pictures turned out great! You incredibly captured this memorable day in our lives. Thanks Chris!!!
Since we met you at Rui and Jennifer's wedding you were always so kind, professional and very comfortable to work with. We are so happy that the pictures you took came out very natural.
Throughout the wedding ceremony, baptism, and reception you captured our personal emotions that we will hold dear to our hearts for the rest of our lives. We feel that this was not just a job for you, but a project that you even held close to your heart.
We would and will recommend you highly to our friends and family and can't wait to work with you in the future, because you are "Our Photographer."
With Love,
Anthony, Clara and Anthony Jr.
